Our TRUE free-range hens produce the most beautiful and delicious eggs you can imagine.  While the outside of the eggs are white… the yolks are a deep yellow that is only available from hens free roaming on pasture.  Duck eggs have a richer, creamier flavor than chicken eggs, making them a superior choice for baking. Their higher fat content enhances the texture and depth of baked goods like cookies and cakes, resulting in a decadent and moist final product.
