FAQs

1. Where are your drop-off locations?
Our drop-off locations are conveniently located in Eastern North Carolina to serve our local community. Currently, we offer drop-offs in Washington, Greenville, Elizabeth City, Kill Devil Hills, New Bern, Morehead City, and Jacksonville, NC. Specific addresses and times for these locations can be found on our website at checkout or in your order confirmation email. If you have any questions about a drop-off location or need assistance, feel free to contact us!

2. Will you add any more locations?
All our current drop-off locations are listed aboveĀ Eastern North Carolina. We're always looking to expand and serve more of our community, so check back on our website or follow us on social media for updates on new locations!

3. Can you sell to customers in other states outside of North Carolina?
At this time, we cannot sell our products outside of North Carolina. North Carolina law prohibits the sale of chickens across state lines. We are committed to complying with all state regulations and are currently only able to serve customers within North Carolina.

4. What products do you offer?
We specialize in pasture-raised poultry, including chicken and turkey, as well as pasture-raised eggs. We also offer raw pet milk treats, seasonal produce, pasture poultry bulk boxes, and subscription boxes. All our poultry products are raised locally on pasture with non-GMO feed, ensuring high quality and freshness.

5. How are your chickens raised?
Our chickens are raised on pasture, meaning they have daily access to fresh grass, bugs, and seeds. We move them daily in chicken tractors to provide a clean, natural environment that promotes healthy growth and rich flavors. Our poultry is never given antibiotics, added hormones, or vaccines, aligning with our commitment to natural and regenerative farming practices.

6. What makes your products different from grocery store meat?
Our products are pasture-raised and non-GMO, which means they are healthier, more flavorful, and free from antibiotics, added hormones, and vaccines. Grocery store meats often come from animals raised in confined spaces and fed a diet of processed grains. Our approach to farming focuses on animal welfare, environmental sustainability, and delivering the best quality meat to our customers.

7. Do you deliver?
Currently, we do not offer home delivery services. However, we provide convenient drop-off locations listed above. We are exploring delivery options for the future, so stay tuned for updates!

8. How can I place an order?
You can place an order directly through our website. Simply select the products you want, choose your preferred drop-off location, and complete the checkout process. If you have any issues or need assistance with your order, please contact us, and weā€™ll be happy to help!

9. How should I store my products after purchase?
For optimal freshness, we recommend storing our poultry in the refrigerator if you plan to use it within a few days. Otherwise, you can freeze it to extend its shelf life. Eggs should be refrigerated and used within a few weeks for the best quality.

10. Can I visit the farm?
We currently do not offer regular farm tours to the public. However, we love sharing our farming practices with our community through social media, blog posts, and occasional events. Keep an eye on our website and social media channels for any announcements about farm visits or special events!
