Pasture Raised Chicken Organ Meat (Hearts)

Chickens deserve to scratch, peck, and forage for food, just like God intended.  That’s why our chickens spend their entire adult lives on fresh pasture in open air tractors that are moved daily.  They are fed a diet of chlorophyll rich grass, insects, and non-GMO feed that’s locally sourced. This non-GMO feed is then regularly fermented in raw milk from our Jersey cows. Fermented grains provide our chickens with a plethora of healthy probiotics that aid in digestion and enhance nutrient absorption, producing better meat for your family. Our chickens are hormone and chemical free, raised with love and humanely processed right here on the farm.  This results in the freshest tasting and healthiest chicken on the market. 

Fresh birds available seasonally May-October while supplies last. We try to keep frozen stock on hand November-April.

Please note: Our chicken hearts come in packages with approximately 25-30 hearts.
